Reservations & Policies

Book NowWe are a small Missoula Lodging facility, with 4 uniquely designed rooms offering an intimate setting. Because of this, our policies are different than most Missoula Hotels and large resorts.
  • Reservation: A credit card number is required to guarantee your stay. This will be processed upon your arrival or in the event you do not show. Rates are shown per night, single or double occupancy. Montana State Bed Tax (7%) is not included in the room rate and will be added to the final bill. All third party reservations (Expedia,, etc) require payment in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.
  • Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m. We offer a flexible check in after 3 p.m. and love to greet you personally. We simply ask that you let us know ahead of time, your estimated arrival, so that we can make sure we are available for you. In the event that our schedules do not match, we offer a self-check in. This allows you to check in whenever it is convenient for you. Upon making your reservation you will receive an e-mail explaining this process. If you are going to be arriving later then 10 p.m. we ask that you let us know, and when you do arrive that you are as quiet as possible as not to disturb sleeping guests.
  • Capacity: We have 4 guest rooms that can accommodate 2 guests per room. In the Master suite, a twin-size bed can be set up for an additional fee to accommodate a third person.
  • Children: Due to the nature of the majority of our guests coming for a quiet and romantic getaway; no infants, toddlers, or children under the age of 10.
  • Gift Certificates: To Redeem all Gift Certificates, Reservation must be made by phone.

  • Smoking: Montana law limits smoking to designated, but convenient, outdoor locations. Smoking is not allowed indoors, including all guest rooms.
  • Parking: We have plenty of parking available to accommodate all types of vehicles.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval for an additional $45 fee. Please contact us before making a reservation if you are wanting to bring a pet. Pets will not be allowed to stay at the mansion unless this process has been completed.
  • Guestrooms: All guestrooms are located on the second floor and not handicap accessible.
  • Cancellations: We understand that for any number of reasons you may have to change your plans. Your cancellation will be confirmed to you by e-mail and a cancellation number will be provided. Do not assume your reservation is cancelled unless you receive this e-mail. All Cancellations will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee per room. On reservations of 3 nights or longer all cancellations will be charged one room nights total as administrative fee. This will be charged to the credit card number that was provided to guarantee your reservation.Cancellations or changes within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book. We will refund all room charges for re-booked nights minus the administrative fee. Holidays and special events require a cancellation notice of at least 30 days for a refund, less the administrative fee. There is no refund for early departure. All third party Reservations (Expedia,, etc) are Non-refundable.
  • Special Events: Special events are subject to our premium rack rates as well as a 30 day cancellation notice.
